Terms of Service

By accessing smarteo.insure (“Site”) or using any services provided by SmartEO / Beacon Point Insurance (“SmartEO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site or our services.

SmartEO provides an online platform for licensed insurance producers to apply for, obtain quotes for, and manage errors & omissions (E&O) insurance policies placed through Beacon Point Insurance. The platform includes quote requests, digital applications, policy management, and renewal management.

SmartEO is operated by Beacon Point Insurance, a licensed insurance agency in Missouri and Kansas. All coverage is subject to the terms and conditions of the issued policy.

You must be a licensed insurance producer in Missouri or Kansas to apply for coverage through SmartEO. By submitting an application, you represent that you hold a current, active insurance producer license in good standing in your stated license state.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information in all applications and communications with SmartEO. Misrepresentation of material information in an application is grounds for cancellation or rescission of any issued policy.

Content on the SmartEO Site is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute insurance advice, legal advice, or a solicitation to purchase insurance. Coverage descriptions are general summaries only; specific coverage terms are governed by the issued policy documents.

All content on the SmartEO Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Beacon Point Insurance and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without express written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SmartEO and Beacon Point Insurance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Missouri.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
